Mr. Weaam Fayez is hails from Kuwait, where he spent his early years before moving to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to pursue his education. His academic journey was marked by excellence, earning degrees in both medical analysis and law. During this time, his entrepreneurial spirit began to take shape, laying the foundation for his future ventures.
Mr. Fayez’s entrepreneurial journey began in the trading sector, where he secured exclusive agency agreements with leading factories in the United Arab Emirates and the United States within the oil industry. In addition to his trading ventures, he successfully established and managed a network of car wash stations and oil change facilities. However, his ambition extended beyond trading—he aspired to establish his own oil factory and play a leading role in the industry. This vision became a reality fourteen years ago with the establishment of his oil factory in the UAE, marking a major milestone in his career.

In 2010, he founded the first company under the Al-Weaam Group umbrella, specializing in administrative and legal consultancy services in Ras Al Khaimah. This success led to the opening of a dedicated business services office in Dubai, reflecting Mr. Fayez’s commitment to meeting the growing and evolving needs of clients.
Recognizing the increasing importance of marketing management in today’s business world, Mr. Fayez expanded the group’s services to include a specialized marketing management office, ensuring adaptability to market changes and a more comprehensive service offering.
