Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to lead our dynamic team of property consultants. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, a proven sales track record, and exceptional leadership abilities. This role involves mentoring a team, setting strategic goals, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to exceed sales targets
• Set performance goals, track KPIs, and implement improvement plans
• Provide continuous coaching, training, and mentorship to team members
• Oversee property listings, negotiations, client interactions, and deal closures
• Ensure the team maintains up-to-date market knowledge and follows RERA and company guidelines
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing new agents
• Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to support sales activities
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of real estate experience in Dubai, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and sales management skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market and current regulations
• RERA certification (preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license and own car
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling abilities
